What would you do with a Birmingham Pound?

We want to make sure that the Birmingham Pound is for every Brummie. That means we are carefully considering where to start, what payment options to use and how to approach the diversity of Birmingham.

We are making use of the data from other local currencies on what works for them in their city. But every city is different and few are so diverse as Birmingham. What would work in Bristol or Brixton, might fall flat in the much larger Birmingham.

In order to make the right choices and to map out more correctly what we can expect we need answers to some questions: where would you like to spend your Birmingham Pound and what would you buy? How would you like to use this currency and what would keep you from using it?

If you are interested in a local currency, please answer the 6 questions in the following survey. It would help us collect the data to create acurate modeling, which will help us with applications to the credit union and funding options. But most of all, it would help us create a Birmingham Pound that you want.
